Vitamin B-2, or riboflavin, is found in dairy products, eggs, fish, liver and green vegetables. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the maintenance of normal vision, skin and red blood cells, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

NOW Foods Vitamin B-2 provides 100 mg of riboflavin in one vegetarian capsule a day.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: riboflavin (vitamin B-2) 100 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
