Vitamin B-1, or thiamin, is found in whole grains, legumes, nuts, eggs and meat. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the heart.

NOW Foods Vitamin B-1 provides 100 mg of thiamin in one tablet a day.

Ingredienser

Per tablet: thiamin (vitamin B-1, from thiamin HCl) 100 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
