L-lysine is an essential amino acid: the body cannot make it, so it has to come from food or supplements. It is needed to build all proteins, including collagen and elastin, and the body also uses it to make carnitine. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian coating, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule or tablet 1 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
