L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and is considered conditionally essential: at times of high demand, such as intensive training, the body may need more than it can make. It carries nitrogen between tissues and is used as fuel by fast-dividing cells, such as those lining the gut.

Ingredienser

Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
