NOW Foods Inositol Powder is pure myo-inositol with nothing added. It has a mildly sweet taste and dissolves easily in water or any drink, so the dose can be adjusted freely.

Inositol is a nutrient related to the B vitamins, found in plant and animal foods. It is part of every cell membrane – with the highest levels in the brain and nervous system – and takes part in cell signalling.
