NOW Foods Glycine Pure Powder is free-form, pharmaceutical-grade glycine with nothing added. Glycine has a naturally sweet taste, so it mixes easily into water or juice.
Glycine is the smallest amino acid and one of the main building blocks of collagen. The body also uses it to make glutathione, creatine and haem, and in the brain and spinal cord it works as a calming messenger substance – many people take it in the evening.

Anvendelse
Adults: ¼ to ¾ level teaspoon a day, mixed in water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
