Inositol is a nutrient related to the B vitamins, found in both plant and animal foods. This product uses myo-inositol, the most common form in nature and in the body. Inositol is a component of every cell membrane, with the highest levels in the brain and nervous system, and it takes part in cell signalling.

NOW Foods Inositol provides 500 mg of myo-inositol in one vegetarian capsule a day.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: inositol 500 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
