DMG (N,N-dimethylglycine), sometimes called pangamic acid, is a small molecule derived from the amino acid glycine. It occurs naturally in foods such as beans, brown rice and pumpkin seeds, and in the body it acts as a methyl donor in a number of metabolic pathways.

NOW Foods DMG provides 125 mg per vegetarian capsule, 1 to 3 capsules a day.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: N,N-dimethylglycine (DMG, from N,N-dimethylglycine HCl) 125 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
