Life Extension BioActive Complete B-Complex provides all eight B vitamins in high doses, including active forms such as riboflavin-5'-phosphate, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin, plus inositol and PABA.

Note: the daily serving provides 100 mg of vitamin B6, well above the EFSA tolerable upper intake level (12 mg/day) – see warnings.

Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, B12, folate and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal psychological function.
Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Per 2 capsules: thiamine (B1, HCl) 100 mg (9091% NRV); riboflavin (B2, as riboflavin and riboflavin-5'-phosphate) 75 mg (5357% NRV); niacin (as niacinamide and niacin) 100 mg NE (625% NRV); vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 100 mg (7143% NRV); folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt) 680 µg DFE (340% NRV); vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 300 µg (12000% NRV); biotin 1000 µg (2000% NRV); pantothenic acid (as D-calcium pantothenate) 500 mg (8333% NRV); calcium 50 mg (6% NRV); inositol 100 mg; PABA 50 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, purified water, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Contains 100 mg vitamin B6 per daily serving, above the EFSA tolerable upper intake level of 12 mg/day – long-term intake of high B6 doses may cause peripheral neuropathy; use only under medical supervision. Niacin may cause temporary flushing, itching or stomach upset. High folate intake may mask vitamin B12 deficiency. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
