Beskrivelse

Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 provides 1000 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin – one of the two coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 used in the body – in a lemon-flavoured chewable tablet sweetened with xylitol. Vitamin B12 occurs naturally almost only in animal foods, so supplementation is often considered by vegans and vegetarians.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal red blood cell formation and normal homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per tablet: vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 µg (40000% NRV).

Other ingredients: xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), citric acid, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 tablet a day, chewed or allowed to dissolve in the mouth. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
