Jarrow Formulas L-Glutamine 1000 mg provides a full gram of 99% pure L-glutamine per tablet in an Easy-Solv® format that disintegrates quickly. Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the human body; it is found in meat, fish, eggs, dairy and legumes.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: L-glutamine 1000 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet 1–2 times a day with water, preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
