Holland & Barrett Vegan Silica Complex combines horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense, standardised to 7% silica) with calcium, magnesium, zinc, boron and betaine in a coated tablet.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: calcium 201 mg (25% NRV), magnesium 155 mg (41%), zinc 15.96 mg (160%), betaine hydrochloride 50 mg, boron 1.6 mg, horsetail extract 7:1 71.4 mg (equivalent to 500 mg horsetail, 7% silica).
Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, zinc gluconate, magnesium citrate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium borate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, calcium citrate, zinc citrate, glycerol, natural flavouring.
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (contains boron). Consult a doctor if you have kidney disease or are taking diuretics or other medication. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
