Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

Ingredienser

Per 3 capsules: magnesium 330 mg (88% NRV); zinc 30 mg (300% NRV); vitamin B6 10.5 mg (750% NRV); KSM-66® ashwagandha 200 mg; AstraGin® (Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extracts) 35 mg.

Other ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], zinc bisglycinate, zinc monomethionine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Anvendelse

Adults: 3 capsules a day, preferably before bed with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, elderly or under 18. Contains 30 mg zinc – above the tolerable upper intake level; do not use long term or combine with other zinc supplements without medical advice. Contains ashwagandha – not suitable for people with thyroid, liver or autoimmune conditions or taking sedatives, thyroid or immunosuppressive medication. High magnesium intakes may have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
