Applied Nutrition Endurance Recovery is a vegan post-exercise drink powder combining a plant protein blend (soy isolate, rice and pea protein) with maltodextrin and fructose, added leucine, isoleucine and valine, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium) and a full range of vitamins and minerals. Informed-Sport tested; gluten-, dairy- and lactose-free; Halal certified. Flavours: Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla.

Protein contributes to a growth in and the maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Anvendelse

Mix 1 heaped scoop (50 g) with 400–500 ml of cold water and drink straight after exercise. After endurance sessions longer than 2 hours, 2–3 scoops may be used. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
