Applied Nutrition Beef Mass Gainer is a high-calorie, dairy-free weight-gain shake based on beef protein isolate and a carbohydrate blend of maltodextrin and highly branched cyclic dextrin. Each 125 g serving (3 scoops) provides 452 kcal, 42 g of protein, 70 g of carbohydrates and 3 g of creatine monohydrate, plus BCAAs, taurine, electrolytes, B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc and chromium. It also contains the Probiwin™ probiotic blend, DigeZyme® multi-enzyme complex and AstraGin®. Free from lactose, gluten and soy. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified. Anvendelse

Mix 3 scoops (125 g) with 500 ml of cold water and shake. Take after training or at any time of day to increase protein and carbohydrate intake; 1–3 times a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
