Allnutrition Magnesium + Ashwagandha + B6 (P-5-P) combines magnesium as bisglycinate (an amino acid chelate), the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6 – pyridoxal 5'-phosphate – and ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) standardised to withanolides.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to normal psychological function.

Ingredienser
Per 2 capsules: magnesium (bisglycinate) 200 mg (53% NRV); ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 144 mg (10 mg withanolides); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 5 mg (357% NRV).
Other ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, capsule shell (gelatin, colours: iron oxides), bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have thyroid disease, or take sedative, sleeping or anti-epileptic medication. Consult a doctor if you have liver problems, an autoimmune disease or are taking other medication. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
