Per capsule: bitter orange peel extract 75 mg (vitamin C 30 mg, 38% NRV; synephrine 0.2 mg); green tea leaf extract 4:1 75 mg; caffeine anhydrous 50 mg; N-acetyl-L-tyrosine 31 mg; green coffee bean extract 25 mg (chlorogenic acids 12 mg); capsicum fruit extract 15 mg; cocoa bean extract 7.1 mg (theobromine 0.5 mg). Daily serving of 3 capsules provides 150 mg caffeine.

Other ingredients: capsule shell: gelatin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Adults: 3 capsules a day, swallowed one by one with water, around training or before 6 p.m. on rest days. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
