Trace Minerals Liquid Magnesium Glycinate is a lemon-lime flavoured liquid sweetened with stevia – an option for anyone who prefers not to swallow capsules. Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine – a form that is gentle on the stomach. A small amount of ConcenTrace® trace minerals from Great Salt Lake seawater is added.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Ingredienser

Per 8 ml (½ tablespoon): energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; magnesium (bisglycinate) 120 mg (32% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals (from concentrated seawater) 10 mg.

Other ingredients: purified water, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, sweetener (steviol glycosides), preservatives (potassium benzoate, potassium sorbate), natural lemon-lime flavouring.

Användning

Adults: 8 ml (½ tablespoon) a day, neat or mixed with water. Shake well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
