Swanson Turmeric, Ashwagandha & Ginseng Complex combines three traditional roots in whole-powder form: turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa), ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) – a cornerstone of Ayurveda – and American ginseng root (Panax quinquefolius), 200 mg of each.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) 200 mg; American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius, root) 200 mg; turmeric (Curcuma longa, rhizome) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin, rice flour, silica.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
