Swanson Prebiotic Jerusalem Artichoke is an extract of the tuber of Helianthus tuberosus standardised to 90% inulin – a soluble fibre (fructan) that is not digested in the small intestine and reaches the colon intact.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: Jerusalem artichoke tuber extract (Helianthus tuberosus; 90% inulin) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
