Beskrivning
Swanson MCT Pure provides pharmaceutical-grade medium-chain triglyceride oil from coconut, concentrated in caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acids rather than lauric acid, which dominates in regular coconut oil. Medium-chain fatty acids are absorbed directly into the portal vein and quickly used for energy.

Ingredienser
Per softgel: MCT oil (from coconut oil) 1 g, providing at least caprylic acid 500 mg and capric acid 340 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g, of which saturated 1 g.
Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, purified water, glycerin).
Användning
Adults: 1 softgel 3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
