Swanson Magnesium Malate combines magnesium with malic acid – the organic acid that gives apples their tartness and which occurs naturally in the body's citric acid cycle. Each coated vegan tablet contains 1000 mg of magnesium malate, providing 150 mg of elemental magnesium.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function.

Ingredienser

Per tablet: magnesium malate 1000 mg, providing magnesium 150 mg (40% NRV).

Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), magnesium stearate, silica.

Användning

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
