Swanson Full Spectrum Holy Basil Leaf contains ground leaves of Ocimum sanctum (tulsi), a fragrant basil native to India. It is considered sacred in Hindu tradition, is grown by many households in India and is one of the central herbs of Ayurveda, commonly drunk as tulsi tea.

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: holy basil leaf (Ocimum sanctum) 800 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate.

Användning

Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
