Beskrivning
Swanson Holy Basil Extract provides 400 mg of whole-plant extract of Ocimum sanctum (tulsi) standardised to at least 2.5% ursolic and oleanolic acids. Tulsi is a sacred plant in India, grown in courtyards and temples and drunk daily as a tea in Ayurvedic tradition.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: holy basil extract (Ocimum sanctum, whole plant, min. 2.5% ursolic and oleanolic acids) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: rice bran, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), silica, magnesium stearate.
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
