Skill Nutrition Magnesium Malate provides magnesium bound to malic acid – the fruit acid found in apples – together with vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P), the active coenzyme form. Made in Poland; suitable for vegan, kosher and halal diets.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Användning

Adults: 3 capsules in the morning with a meal and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
