Skill Nutrition KSM-66 Ashwagandha contains KSM-66® – a full-spectrum extract made only from the root of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), DER 10–15:1, standardised to 5% withanolides. Ashwagandha is one of the best-known herbs of Ayurveda. Made in Poland; vegan.

Ingredienser

Per 3 capsules: KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera, DER 10–15:1) 600 mg, of which withanolides 30 mg.

Other ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Allergens: none declared.

Användning

Adults: 3 capsules a day – 1 in the morning and 2 before sleep – with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Varningar

Consult a doctor before use if you have a thyroid disorder, an autoimmune disease or liver problems, or are taking sedatives, thyroid, blood pressure, diabetes or immunosuppressive medication.
