Per serving (15 g): essential amino acids 6500 mg (L-leucine 1880 mg, L-isoleucine 940 mg, L-valine 940 mg, L-lysine 878 mg, L-phenylalanine 716 mg, L-threonine 596 mg, L-histidine 279 mg, L-methionine 195 mg, L-tryptophan 76 mg); L-glutamine 1000 mg; AstraGin® (Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extract) 35 mg; sodium 250 mg; potassium 300 mg (15% NRV); chloride 120 mg (15% NRV); calcium 120 mg (15% NRV); magnesium 60 mg (16% NRV).

Ingredients: essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-histidine hydrochloride, L-methionine, L-tryptophan), acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid; L-glutamine; flavouring; sodium citrate; potassium citrate; calcium citrate; magnesium citrate; anti-caking agents: calcium silicate, silicon dioxide; maltodextrin; colour: beta-carotene (orange, mango) or natural colour (raspberry, pink lemonade); sodium chloride; sweetener: sucralose; potassium chloride; Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extract.

Allergens: may contain milk, gluten, soy, fish and sulphur dioxide.

Adults: dissolve 1 scoop (15 g) in 500 ml of cold water. Drink during or after training; on rest days in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
