OstroVit Magnesium Malate is an unflavoured powder combining magnesium malate – magnesium bound to malic acid – with vitamin B6 in its active P-5-P form.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser
Per serving (2 g): magnesium 150 mg (40% NRV); vitamin B6 5 mg (357% NRV).
Ingredients: magnesium malate, inulin, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Användning
Adults: mix 2 g (2 scoops) with 100–150 ml of water, once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. High magnesium intake from supplements may have a laxative effect. Consult a doctor if you have kidney disease.
