Osavi Daily Omega is a liquid fish oil from pelagic fish, flavoured with natural lemon and protected with mixed tocopherols. One teaspoon (5 ml) provides 1600 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
1600 mg omega-3: 700 mg EPA + 600 mg DHA per 5 ml

Användning

Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day during or after a meal. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
