Olimp ZMA contains the ZMA® formula – zinc as L-OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate) and zinc aspartate, magnesium citrate and oxide, and vitamin B6 – taken in the evening.
- 30 mg zinc, 450 mg magnesium and 10.5 mg vitamin B6 per 3 capsules (men)
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredienser
Per 3 capsules: zinc 30 mg (300% NRV); magnesium 450 mg (120%); vitamin B6 10.5 mg (750%). Per 2 capsules: 20 mg; 300 mg; 7 mg.
Ingredients: ZMA 87.4% (L-OptiZinc® zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate, zinc L-aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule: gelatine.
Allergens: none declared.
Användning
Men: 3 capsules a day, women: 2 capsules a day, 30–60 minutes before bedtime, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Not intended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Zinc intake above 25 mg a day long-term is not recommended without medical advice; magnesium above 250 mg may have a laxative effect.
