Olimp MCT Oil is 100% medium-chain triglyceride oil obtained from palm and palm kernel oil, consisting mainly of caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) fatty acids. Neutral in taste, it can be added to coffee, shakes or meals.

Per 14 g (1 tablespoon): energy 528 kJ/126 kcal; fat 14 g, of which saturates 13 g; carbohydrate 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g; caproic acid (C6:0) 0.3 g; caprylic acid (C8:0) 6.7–8.6 g; capric acid (C10:0) 4.0–6.0 g; lauric acid (C12:0) 0.3 g.
Ingredients: 100% MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides from palm oil and palm kernel oil).

Användning
Start with ½ tablespoon twice a day with a meal, increasing gradually every 3 days up to 1–3 tablespoons twice a day.
