Olimp Carbonox is a carbohydrate drink powder with maltodextrins, glucose and isomaltulose (Palatinose™) of different particle sizes, enriched with 12 vitamins, 9 minerals (including iron) and L-arginine. Intended for intense or long-lasting exercise.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue (with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, within 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the exercise).
B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Ingredients: carbohydrate complex (maltodextrins, glucose, isomaltulose), L-arginine hydrochloride, acidity regulators malic acid and citric acid, minerals (calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, ferrous fumarate, manganese sulphate, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite), flavourings, vitamins, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, colours depending on flavour.

Användning

Take 2–4 servings a day depending on training and body weight: 50 g (1 scoop) in 100–200 ml of water about 30 minutes before or just after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
