NOW Foods Liquid Magnesium is a mineral concentrate from the Great Salt Lake (Utah), obtained by solar evaporation. The process removes about 99% of the sodium while keeping the naturally occurring trace minerals in ionic form. Nothing is added – the taste is very strong, so mix it with juice or food.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- 125 mg magnesium per ¼ teaspoon, 375 mg per daily dose

Per ¼ teaspoon (about 1.23 ml): magnesium (from trace mineral concentrate) 125 mg.
Ingredients: ionic trace mineral concentrate.
Användning
Adults: shake well. ¼ teaspoon 3 times a day, mixed with juice or food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
