NOW Foods CoQ10 30 mg is a low-dose vegetarian capsule that makes it easy to adjust your intake from 30 to 90 mg a day. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound present in every cell, most concentrated in the heart, liver and kidneys, where it takes part in cellular energy production. The body makes less of it with age. NOW uses pharmaceutical-grade, all-trans CoQ10 produced by fermentation.

Available in 60, 120 and 240 capsule packs

Ingredienser

Per capsule: coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) 30 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule).

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
