Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Phospholipids combines fish oil with an extract of herring roe (herring caviar), which provides omega-3s bound to phospholipids – mainly phosphatidylcholine – in addition to the triglyceride form. The small soft gels are easy to swallow. Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness.

Per 2 soft gels: total omega-3 fatty acids 500 mg, of which EPA 190 mg and DHA 200 mg; total phospholipids 350 mg, of which phosphatidylcholine 300 mg; energy 15 kcal; fat 1.5 g; cholesterol 40 mg.
Ingredients: herring caviar extract (herring roe, sardines), purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob colour), RRR-alpha-tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract.
Allergens: contains fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring).
Användning
Adults: 2 soft gels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
