Per serving: very high energy with protein from a 3-source blend (whey concentrate, milk protein, egg albumin), carbohydrates from maltodextrin, oats and other real-food sources, and fats from real food – see label for exact amounts per flavour.

Användning

Mix 1 serving with 360–600 ml of water in a shaker or blender for 15–20 seconds; up to 2 servings a day.
