Life Extension L-Tryptophan provides 500 mg of pharmaceutical-grade L-tryptophan – an essential amino acid found in foods such as turkey, milk, oats and seeds, and a precursor of serotonin and melatonin in the body.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: L-tryptophan 500 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, stearic acid.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day on an empty stomach, preferably with a little carbohydrate and away from protein foods. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
