Beskrivning
KIKI Health Organic C8 MCT Oil is 100% medium-chain triglyceride oil from organic, non-GMO coconuts, with at least 96% caprylic acid (C8) and less than 4% capric acid (C10). MCTs are absorbed and used differently from long-chain fats and are popular in ketogenic and low-carb diets. Flavourless and odourless, it mixes into coffee, smoothies and dressings.

Användning
Adults: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day on its own or mixed into coffee, water, smoothies or dressings. Start with 1 teaspoon and increase gradually to assess tolerance. Not suitable for frying at high temperatures.
