Beskrivning
Jarrow Formulas R-Alpha Lipoic Acid provides 100 mg of the R-form of alpha-lipoic acid – the naturally occurring isomer – as Bio-Enhanced® Na-RALA (sodium R-lipoate), a stabilised form. Biotin is added because long-term use of alpha-lipoic acid may compete with biotin.
- Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal macronutrient metabolism.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: R-alpha-lipoic acid (from 125 mg sodium R-alpha-lipoate, Bio-Enhanced® Na-RALA) 100 mg; biotin (as d-biotin) 150 µg (300% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially for blood glucose control or thyroid) or have a medical condition. Biotin may interfere with laboratory blood tests – tell your doctor you are taking it. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
