Holland & Barrett Marine Collagen with Vitamin C provides hydrolysed type I collagen from fish with vitamin C. Collagen is the main structural protein of the skin, bones and connective tissues.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage.
Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredienser

Per 3 tablets: hydrolysed marine (fish) collagen 3000 mg; vitamin C 60 mg (75% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol.

Allergens: fish.

Användning

Adults: 3 tablets a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
