Holland & Barrett High Strength Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil provides linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) in vegan softgels – one of the richest plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), the plant omega-3, plus omega-6 and omega-9.

Ingredienser
Per 3 capsules: flaxseed oil 2184 mg, providing alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) 1017 mg, linoleic acid (omega-6) 262 mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 207 mg, palmitic acid 60 mg, stearic acid 39 mg.
Other ingredients: modified corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, water.

Användning
Adults: 3 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
