Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW Zinc provides 30 mg of zinc as brown rice chelate with vitamin C, a trace mineral blend of organic spirulina, cracked-wall chlorella and ancient peat, a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegan.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: vitamin C 60 mg (75% NRV); zinc (brown rice chelate) 30 mg (300% NRV); raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 166 mg; trace mineral blend 150 mg (raw organic spirulina, raw organic cracked-wall chlorella, ancient peat); raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic rice husk.

Allergens: contains celery. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, dairy, peanut, tree nuts and shellfish.

Användning

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Varningar

The zinc content exceeds the EU tolerable upper intake level for adults (25 mg a day) – do not combine with other zinc-containing supplements and do not use long term without medical advice; long-term high zinc intake can reduce copper levels. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (e.g. antibiotics) or have a medical condition. Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children.
