Dorian Yates Metabolic Mass is a weight-gainer in a 6 kg bag: a multi-source protein blend with maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose, MCT oil, 4.2 g creatine monohydrate, amino acids, L-carnitine, CLA and a vitamin and mineral complex. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Per serving (150 g): energy 2502–2514 kJ / 590–592 kcal; fat 2.9–3.2 g, of which saturates 1.7–1.8 g; carbohydrate 99 g; protein 42 g; creatine monohydrate 4238 mg (creatine 3726 mg); amino acid complex 3381 mg (L-glutamine 1145 mg, BCAA 2:1:1 1000 mg, A-AKG 1220 mg); L-carnitine 105 mg; CLA 27 mg; green tea extract 51 mg; vitamins and minerals at approx. 22–23% NRV; small amounts of tribulus, Panax ginseng and green coffee extracts. Contains caffeine (approx. 27 mg per serving).

Användning

Mix 1 serving (150 g) with 400 ml of cold water and shake or blend well. 1 serving a day.
