Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium provides magnesium as Albion® TRAACS® magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate – magnesium bound to the amino acids glycine and lysine in a fully chelated (100% reacted) form, which is gentle on the stomach. Two capsules supply 105 mg of elemental magnesium.

Användning
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
