Cytoplan Magnesium Bisglycinate provides fully reacted, unbuffered magnesium bisglycinate – magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine – with no magnesium oxide and no fillers other than the plant capsule. This chelated form is well tolerated by sensitive stomachs. Suitable for vegans.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Användning

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
