Cytoplan 5-HTP Plus combines 50 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract with saffron extract (0.3% safranal), magnesium citrate, zinc citrate and vitamin B6 in its active pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) form. 5-HTP is a compound the body makes from the amino acid tryptophan. Suitable for vegans.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
Available in packs of 60 capsules, 120 capsules and 180 capsules

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: 5-HTP (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract) 50 mg; saffron extract (Crocus sativus stigma, 0.3% safranal) 20 mg; magnesium 100 mg (27% NRV); vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 10 mg (714% NRV); zinc 10 mg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: magnesium citrate, bulking agent (brown rice flour), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, zinc citrate, anti-caking agent (bamboo silica), saffron extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate.

Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, added sugar, flavourings and colourings.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
