BetterYou Magnesium Relax Bath Flakes are pure magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes (47% MgCl₂) for a relaxing bath or foot soak, blended with rose geranium and bergamot essential oils. Magnesium chloride from BetterYou is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed deep beneath northern Europe, one of the purest sources of magnesium chloride. Applied to the skin, it offers a way to use magnesium without swallowing tablets.

Ingredienser

Ingredients (INCI): Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Pelargonium Roseum (Rose Geranium) Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Oil, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol.

Användning

Bath: dissolve 250 g (about 2 cups) in a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes; increase the amount for a more intensive soak. Footbath: dissolve 150 g (about 1 cup) in approx. 5 litres of warm water and soak the feet for 20 minutes. Recommended 2–3 times a week.

Varningar

For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A slight tingling may occur on first use; stop use if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children; supervise children in the bath. Store in a cool, dry place. Not recommended during pregnancy.
