Applied Nutrition Tri-Magnesium is a flavoured drink powder combining three forms of magnesium – bisglycinate (200 mg elemental), taurate (50 mg) and citrate (50 mg) – for 300 mg of magnesium per 4 g scoop and just 6 kcal. Vegan, Halal certified. Flavours: Strawberry Raspberry, Tropical Vibes, Blue Raspberry, Lemon & Lime.

Per scoop (4 g): magnesium 300 mg (80% NRV) – from magnesium bisglycinate 1000 mg (200 mg Mg), magnesium taurate 417 mg (50 mg Mg) and magnesium citrate 324 mg (50 mg Mg). Energy 25 kJ / 6 kcal; carbohydrate 1.5 g, of which sugars 0.3 g; fat 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g.

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, flavouring, magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), colour (varies by flavour: beetroot, carotenes, brilliant blue FCF, or tartrazine and brilliant blue FCF), sweetener (sucralose).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Användning

Adults: mix 1 scoop (4 g) with 200 ml of water once a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Varningar

For adults only. Not recommended for people under 18 or pregnant women. High magnesium intake may have a laxative effect. Lemon & Lime contains tartrazine, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Consult a doctor if you have kidney disease or take medication. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
