Applied Nutrition MCT Oil is 100% medium-chain triglyceride oil from coconut, rich in caprylic (C8, 50–80%) and capric (C10, 20–50%) acids. It is odourless and neutral-tasting and can be added to coffee, shakes, smoothies or food. Keto and vegan friendly, Halal certified.

Per 100 ml: energy 3700 kJ / 900 kcal; fat 100 g, of which saturates (MCT) 100 g; carbohydrate 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g. Fatty acids: C6 0%, C8 50–80%, C10 20–50%, C12 0%. Per tablespoon (14 ml): approx. 126 kcal.
Ingredients: medium-chain triglyceride oil (from coconut).
Allergens: none.
Användning
Take 1 tablespoon (14 ml) 1–3 times a day with food or drinks. Start with a smaller amount (e.g. 1 teaspoon) and increase gradually.
Varningar
Too much MCT oil at once may cause digestive discomfort. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
