Applied Nutrition Critical Mass Professional is an all-in-one mass gainer shake with organic ground oats and maltodextrin as carbohydrate sources and a protein blend of milk protein isolate, whey isolate and whey concentrate. Each 150 g serving provides 566 kcal, 42 g of protein and 74.7 g of carbohydrates, plus creatine, L-leucine, glutamine peptides, HMB, HICA, alpha-lipoic acid, CLA and MCT, DigeZyme® enzymes, LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans) and chromium. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified. Flavours: Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, White Chocolate Raspberry.

Chocolate flavours contain fat-reduced cocoa powder.

Användning

Mix 2.5 scoops (150 g) with 500 ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well. 1–3 servings a day depending on calorie needs. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
